Weekly Backups

Having a backup of all your hosted content is necessary – you never know when something could go wrong. And having signed for our Optional Admin Services solution, you will take advantage of every week backups of your entire VPS, not just of your data, without you needing to install or configure anything. Furthermore the backup copies are always placed on a server with multiple RAID–configured hard drives. As a result your content will always be secure, irrespective of what happens.

Installation & Troubleshooting

With a VPS Hosting Plan, you will have absolute freedom to install any script or service on your it. However, some scripts are more difficult to install and may require some extra configuration from you. This is when our Optional Admin Services deal will come in real handy. It includes half an hour of installation & trouble–shooting duties – it means that you will be able to literally hire one of our practiced server admins for 30 min and have him help you with the installation of any kind of software app whatsoever that you need. Or have him rectify an issue that you’re having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Optional Admin Services package comes bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Hosting Plans and it is an optional feature with our KVM VPS Hosting Plans.
